The complex offers a variety of recreational activities and services, including: (3D electronic games, coin games, trampoline games, an amusement house, a drawing house, a racing track, a bowling alley, skill development corners, restaurants, a coffee shop, a sweets and popcorn corner, a parking lot, ATM machines, shops, outdoor coffee kiosks, and halls for small parties).<\/p>\n

Project description<\/h2>

The project is built on an area of \u200b\u200b\u200b\u200b10,100 square meters, serving different segments of society. The complex offers many different recreational activities and services, including: electronic games, coins games, and various games such as: (trampoline – entertainment house – drawing house – racing track – bowling alley – skill development corners\u2026 etc.). The project also includes fast food restaurants and a coffee shop serving various drinks in addition to coffee, in addition to a corner serving popcorn and zalabia. The project provides parking spaces, ATM machines, as well as outdoor coffee kiosks and shops on the facades that can be rented out as restaurants. The project works to make optimal use of the rooftop area by opening it as a hall to host small parties, birthdays, and other social events. We would like to point out that the project features large green spaces, and let’s not forget that it targets different age groups from 5 to 60 years old. For your information, this group represents 86% of the community and is growing at a rate of 52.2%; therefore, the project is highly profitable.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n
