In Yemen, according to statistics from the Central Statistical Organization, total red meat production is approximately 183,217 tons; this quantity is undoubtedly not sufficient for the Yemeni market. Our consultants reviewed data from the International Trade Center and found that Yemen imports approximately $145,072,000 worth of red meat annually.
