Yemen’s total production of white meat amounted to approximately 166,298 tons, valued at approximately 181,946 million riyals. This quantity of white meat produced does not cover the Yemeni market; therefore, establishing a broiler farm would be a profitable project and would help narrow the marketing gap between supply and demand.
