Given the year-on-year increase in demand for red meat, which is a primary source of protein and is used in many food industries, establishing a livestock fattening farm is a highly profitable investment opportunity. In Yemen, according to statistics from the Central Statistical Organization, total red meat production is approximately 183,217 tons; this quantity is undoubtedly not sufficient for the Yemeni market. Our consultants reviewed data from the International Trade Center and found that Yemen imports approximately $145,072,000 worth of red meat annually. Therefore, establishing a cattle fattening farm that replaces imports is an investment opportunity not to be missed.
